Influencing with Integrity is the science of influence, persuasion, and compliance. Mastering it will help you move someone to adopt a new attitude, belief, or action. This course is designed to build skills that enable students to influence others in ways that develop relationships based on mutual agreement and trust. It will help students better recognize and manage the influence attempts of others within the workplace. Students will develop the skills to adapt a communication style and message without resorting to “manipulation” or “power play” tactics that often backfire and cause severe breakdown in productivity. Students will have the opportunity to evaluate their own influence style and learn the different tactics to influencing others with integrity. IT specific exercises, self-evaluation, and interactive role-plays serve to give you a step-by-step influence process that will produce consistent results and help achieve win-win outcomes.

Students attending this course will receive the bestselling book: “Influence without Authority” by Allan Cohen and David Bradford.
