Current demand dictates that Windows applications both work well and provide a high quality user experience. In this course students will use XAML (Extensible Application Markup Language ) to build Rich Windows Applications. Topics include understanding XAML, XMAL properties and events, WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) architecture, WPF classes, XAML essentials, as well as other WPF basics, such as layout, controls, styles and navigation. Course will be taught primarily using C#, but code will available in both C# and VB.Net.
This course is delivered using Visual Studio 2012/.NET 4.5.
Prerequisites: Intermediate C# Programming or equivalent experience. An understanding or experience with ADO.NET and LINQ would also be helpful.
